Talkdesk is a cloud contact center software company, and my social media strategy focused on showcasing both its people and industry impact. I built content around two key pillars: highlighting office culture and positioning Talkdesk as a great place to work, and repurposing blog posts and case studies to reinforce industry expertise and thought leadership.
